Rules for Writing for Teenagers

Meg Rosoff's article Writing for Teenagers in the Children's Writers and Artists' Yearbook 2011 is the one of the most useful parts of the whole book.

My three favourite rules that Meg cites are: There are no rules, People keep trying to define what WfT is but no one knows.  If you're not lucky enough to immature, regress.   This may be tricky for partners but if Meg suggests it...Lie about everything except emotions  remember what they felt like.
